Part of our Creative Writing 10 module requires writers to submit a piece they’ve written to a contest or anthology outside of our school. Our course is about creating and encouraging writers – not students – and so everyone needs to go through the submission process at least once during the course. (There is no requirement to publish, only to submit a piece.)
To this end, here are some links that provide potential organizations and contests to which you may submit your writing. Remember to read the submission requirements carefully – your work may be exceptional, but if you’re submitting a horror story for a fantasy publication, it will be rejected (and they may be less likely to look at your submissions in the future, since you’ve shown you don’t pay attention to what they publish).
(Email me a screenshot of your submission acceptance, or a confirmation email from the publisher or contest organizers in order to show you’ve met this requirement.)

https://thewritelife.com/writing-contests/ – links to free writing contests (if they are charging money for submissions, be wary – there are a lot of scams out there where you “win” a contest and only have to pay $100 to purchase the book in which your writing is featured)
